Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons
Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) signed and ratified by all countries by 2027. Dismantle all nuclear weapons by 2030.

We demand the immediate and unconditional release of Julian Assange. Governments must act now to secure his freedom and safeguard the principles of transparency, accountability, and free expression.

Strengthen and Update Existing Peace Treaties
Strengthen and update existing Peace Treaties and develop new Peace Treaties where there is a need.

Reduction of Military Expenditure
Multilateral reduction of military expenditure (based on 2020 levels) by 50 percent by 2030, and by 80 percent by 2035.

Disband NATO
NATO be disbanded by 2028 just as the Warsaw Pact was disbanded in 1991.

Dismantle the Military-Industrial Complex Worldwide
Dismantling of the military-industrial complex worldwide by 2040 beginning with all universities severing links with the weapons industry by 2028, followed by divestment by pension funds, banks and other asset managers. Implement a reduction in weapons exports of 10 percent per year.

Reform of the United Nations
Reform of the United Nations including that no single nation member holds veto power in the Security Council.

Disband all Military Alliances
That all military alliances be disbanded including NATO, AUKUS, The Quad and so on, except an alliance with all countries as part of the United Nations to counter invasion of one country against another using UN Peacekeeping Forces (except in any case where UN Peacekeeping forces fail to act - eg invasion by Vietnam of Cambodia to end genocidal Pol Pot regime).

Resolve Autonomy Movements Through Referenda
That movements for autonomy be resolved through referenda under international law requiring a two-thirds majority by native inhabitants in a series of three referenda over a period of 15 years.

Universal Ratification of the Rome Statute
That all countries become ratified State Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Swift Resolution of Global Conflicts through Peace Negotiations
That conflicts in Palestine, Ukraine, Sudan, Myanmar, D.R. Congo, Haiti and West Philippine Sea/South China Sea be resolved quickly through peace negotiations, funding, and possible use of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) and/or UN Peacekeeping forces.

Peace in Palestine
- Immediate enduring ceasefire in Gaza!
- Return all Palestinian hostages held in Israel and all Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
- Implementation of a two-state solution in Israel and Palestine by 2028 according to the 1967 borders with the option of a one-state solution at a later date.
- Withdrawal of all illegal Israeli settlers and settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
- Voluntary safe return of displaced Palestinian refugees since 1948 to their homes.
- Establish an independent UN-endorsed tribunal to process land disputes.
- Implement a process of Peace and Reconciliation.
- Prosecution by the International Criminal Court of those responsible for war crimes.
- Implement Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions of Israel until it agrees to demands.

Close All Foreign Military Bases
We call for the complete dismantling and withdrawal of all military bases located on foreign soil by 2030. Resources should be redirected towards diplomacy, humanitarian aid, and sustainable development.

Ban Political Influence of Weapons Corporations
Ban on weapons corporations making political donations and on politicians having positions on boards of weapons corporations or lobbying for weapons corporations in any way either while in office or following retirement from political life.

Establish Departments of Peace and Disarmament
That every national government establish a Department or Ministry of Peace and Disarmament by 2030

Declare War and Military Conflict Illegal
That war and military conflict be declared illegal under international law and military force only be exempted when used by UN Peacekeeping Forces to end war and military conflict – to be passed by the UN by 2035.

Resolve All Conflicts Peacefully Through Law
That all conflict be resolved peacefully through negotiation, and using national and international laws and courts.

Biannual Peace and Disarmament Conferences
That national governments come together twice-yearly under the auspices of the UN to hold a comprehensive Peace and Disarmament Conference which has public scrutiny and transparency, and to report on the progress of multilateral peace and disarmament negotiations.

Release all political prisoners by 2030
We demand the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners by 2030. Governments must act to guarantee the freedom and dignity of those unjustly detained.

Ban landmines and enforce the ban. Clean up all residual land mines around the world.

Ban Depleted Uranium Weapons
Ban the use of depleted uranium (DU) in weapons and enforce the ban. Those responsible for using DU weapons such as the US and UK, must take responsibility for, and clean-up of radioactive waste left there.

Ban the use of phosphorus weapons in warfare, with strict enforcement of this ban.
